Freelnce is a one person operation with drop-shipping fulfillment for certain products.

Q: Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

A: Not at this time, sorry. Freelnce™ is a tiny, one-person, side hustle, so we're not currently accepting returns. But I definitely want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you receive a damaged product, incorrect shipment, or have a problem with your order, please get in touch and I'll try figure something out. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We hope to revisit the returns and exchange policy soon.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: According to our drop shipper — "90% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. And more than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less." If I ship directly, I try to get the order out within 3 days.

Q: How do you ship?

A: USPS First Class and Priority Mail. We're in the process of researching a variety of additional shipping and fulfillment options and will update this if and when new systems are implemented.

Q: How fast is First Class and/or Priority mail?

A: Shipments can take anywhere between 2 and 10 business days depending on how far away you are from us here in the Northeast (and/or our 2 drop shipper locations in Los Angeles, CA and Charlotte NC

Q: International shipping?

A: Yes. But please be patient. We ship international orders via USPS First Class International. As a heads up, there is generally no tracking for this tier of international shipping with the exception of shipments going to Canada, ay.

Please allow 48 hours for your package to be integrated into the US postal system and at least 2-4 weeks for delivery.
