We're not currently accepting returns, sorry
Because of our small size we're not currently accepting returns unless you receive a damaged product or an incorrect shipment. But we want you to be happy with your Freelnce™ purchase, so if you have a problem with your order please get in touch via email@example.com and we'll try figure something out.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Moving forward the hope is that as the business grows we can revisit the returns and exchange policy shortly.
We ship directly (and drop ship) via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. We're researching a variety of additional shipping and fulfillment options and will update this space as new systems are implemented.
90% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
First Class and Priority Mail can take anywhere between 2 and 10 business days depending on how far away you are from us way up here in the Northeast (and/or our 2 drop shipper locations in Los Angeles, CA and Charlotte NC).
Yes. We're trying this out — fingers crossed! Please be patient. We ship international orders via USPS First Class International. As a heads up, there is generally no tracking for this tier of international shipping with the exception of shipments going to Canada, ay.
Please allow 48 hours for your package to be integrated into the US postal system and at least 2-4 weeks for delivery.
